This report is based on a phone interview with you and a thorough reading of the case history and current status and factors affecting parental capacity.  It will investigate parenting capacity factors that affect the child's best interests from a neuro-biological perpective. 
This report will focus on the paramount considerations of s.60cc, inclusive of protective factors and meaningful contact where safe and provide guidance to the Court as to the current status of the family with regard to coparenting after separation and recommendations to support positive future co-parenting outcomes.
This cost includes one court attendance if required (not including travel costs and/or accomodation if required).
