We will be starting a new workshop in the near future on the subject of finding legislation, case law, proper legal citation and when reading case law how to find the ratio and obiter and how to distinguish ratio decidendi and obiter dicta in judgments (how to find the important parts and how to distinguish which part forms part of the law and judgment on the case and which is just opinion and not binding).
The workshop is expected to span 4 days over a 4 weeks with each session lasting 4 hours, total of 16 hours delivered online live.
The cost of the workshop will be around $200 per person and once we have sufficient numbers expressing interest we will start the work shop so if you are interested please leave comment.
